In reply to Chuck Anderson. There's enough snaps for Nichols when he was the best fringe RB. KJ and the starters are going to be around no matter what especially the starters so no need to give much snaps to them after their few "warm up" runs. Plenty of time to evaluate KJ. But when you have a "star" 2nd and 3rd stringer you need to give them a shots at it. That's the whole point of TC, to find the diamond in the rough. Obviously Tomlin thought he was just another camp body and I STRONGLY disagree with him not giving Nichols some snaps with the starters.
