Average NFL game has 60-65 offensive snaps (per team). Steelers have 3 pre-season games. This means between 180-195 offensive snaps. If Rodgers gets 30-40 -- this leaves 140-165 for the other three QB. That is a good amount of snaps to spread over the three remaining QB. I would expect snap count to go Howard, Allar, then Rudolph (if Howard looks solid).
