'Extremely dangerous' prisoner used official telephone from inside maximum security wing to launch campaign of kidnap, rape and murder threats against female MPs

Neil Preece-Smith, who was once branded 'extremely dangerous' by a judge, exploited a security loophole to repeatedly dial the House of Commons switchboard from his maximum-security wing.
