The Perrysburg Board of Education has selected Tom Blaine to fill the vacant board seat.
Former president Sue Larimer resigned on July 31, citing personal matters that would take her out of the district.
Mr. Blaine was appointed to the board during Tuesday’s meeting. He was not in
