They don't have a lot but they have a few contracts that can easily be restructured. Porter contract if it comes about will raise it a bit this year, not a ton.
I think DKs contract alone gets them $14M or so. TJs can get them some. Harrision is likely a cut or trade candidate barring an injury.
They need about $10-12M or so more to account for players 52 and 53, folks on IR, the practice squad, practice squad callups, etc.
