Dallas police are investigating a crash-turned-shooting that sent a man to the hospital. The suspect fled the scene before officers arrived.
Authorities responded to a shooting call at the intersection of Garland Road and East Northwest Highway at approximately 8:39 p.m.
DPD’s preliminary investigation determined that a man was shot by an unknown suspect, who fled the scene before officers arrived, after a crash happened.
The victim was transported to the hospital and their condition is unknown.
Police said an individual was detained.
