Ukraine’s foreign minister says Russia is deliberately targeting civilians

Two people have died and up to six were injured in this morning’s Russian attack on a petrol station in Kyiv, city mayor Wladimir Klitschko said in the latest update.

Four people remain in the city’s hospitals, he added.
