A new flight will take Philadelphians to the West Coast starting next summer.
Delta Air Lines announced Friday a new nonstop flight from Philadelphia International Airport to Los Angeles International Airport starting June 7, 2027.
“The new route connects Southern California with Philadelphia’s renowned history, thriving culinary scene and vibrant arts and culture,” Delta officials said in a news release.
According to Delta, the 194-seat Airbus A321neo includes 20 Delta First seats, 42 Delta Comfort seats and 132 Delta Main seats.
Officials said the route will offer daily service with the following schedule:
PHL to LAX
- 7 a.m. ET departure from PHL
- 10 a.m. PT arrival at LAX
LAX to PHL
- 9:40 p.m. PT departure from LAX
- 5:50 a.m. ET arrival at PHL
Tickets go on sale Saturday, Sept. 19.
